i) Payments and Deposit
Commissions can be paid either:
a) 50% deposit before starting the work. Balance remaining payable after sketch approval. Deposit fully refundable if I cancel the commission for whatever reason OR client cancels before the sketch is finished.
b) 100% upfront. Payment refundable if I cancel in the middle of the commission process.
Please do not send payment before I have confirmed your slot.

ii) Usage Rights
Client can use the artwork for non-profitable purposes (e.g profile pictures, wallpapers, media sharing). Do not redistribute for profit.If client wishes to use artwork for commercial use, extra costs may start at at least 50%.I retain full ownership and the right to use the artwork for portfolio, social media etc!! Using my artwork for AI training and NFTs is strictly prohibited !!

iii) Cancellation Policy
Commission slots may be cancelled by me if conflict or unforeseen situations arise.For split payment, client may cancel with a full deposit refund before the sketch is completed.For full upfront payment, the client will be given 100% refund if I cancel in the middle of the process OR a partial refund of 20% to 50% if the client cancels depending on progress of the work.If client is unresponsive for more than a week after multiple contact attempts, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with partial refund depending on the progress of the work.

iv) Revisions and Alterations
Free revisions in the sketch phase. Two rounds of minor revisions included throughout the commission process. Major or extra revisions in the middle of the commission process incur charges according to complexity.*
*Minor revision may include colour tweaks, minor detail changes, fixing errors. Major revisions include significant alterations to the core composition such as changes to the pose, perspective or outfit/design.

v) Payment Methods
Payment must be done through PayPal. Currency accepted is USD only

vi) Process and Delivery
Please provide a deadline for your commission if you are in a rush. If not, I reserve the right to take as long as necessary to complete your commission; commissions with no specified deadline may take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on complexity. Delivery time may be subject to change depending on workload or unforeseen circumstances.Frequent updates will be given throughout the process. These reviews include a watermarked version of the current progress. Updates will be given through Discord, Gmail or Instagram.
